SHIPPING POLICY

  1. All of our items are shipped by Leading & Reputed Courier Partners.
  2. We ship all items same day or next working day once order is placed. Delays are out of our control.
  3. It generally takes 2-7 days for the package to be delivered to you by the shipping providers depending on your location.
  4. Please ensure the address details you have provided are accurate as we are not liable for a refund if you have entered them incorrectly when ordering. 
  5. Please note our delivery working days are Monday- Friday.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We hope that you love all our products, however, if for any reason you would like to return any items please read our policy below:

Please note the the refund timeline is 7-10 days from the date we receive the item back.

WE DEDUCT 150 IF THE ENTIRE ORDER IS RETURNED FOR THE SHIPPING FEE WE PAID TO DELIVER AND PICK UP THE RETURN

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom piece, earrings or discounted sale piece.

Any free gift received must be returned with the original order to receive a full refund. If not returned the original cost of the free piece will be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The unboxing video is mandatorily required to return the product.
  3. We offer exchanges for ALL our customers if the size is wrong and if the correct size is available.
  4. We do not cover any costs to return items.
  5. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. This includes any amount paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.
  6. All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original box and pouch it came in.
  7. Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
  8. Please email us at info@silsilay.in for the return address. We will get back to you within 12 hours.
  9. Write your order number or full name on a note inside the return and send it to the address emailed to you.
  10. We know our products very well and if a customer returns other products/items in the return parcel, we will not process any refund.
